Job Title: Senior Counsellor (East/Youth Setting)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Counsellor to join our team. As a key member of our counselling services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and participate in outreach efforts related to the Division
  • Oversee the delivery of Counselling & Therapy Service as Programme In-Charge
  • Develop strategies and implement them for the growth of Counselling & Therapy Service
  • Provide counselling assessment and intervention for clients
  • Document all case-related records

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Counselling or equivalent with at least 7 years of experience in social service sector or similar setting
  • Registered Counsellor with a recognized professional body
  • Prior experience in providing case and clinical supervision to social service practitioners and/or counsellors
  • Passionate about working with youths
  • Independent worker but able to work well in a team
