Job Overview
The supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our reflexology and body massage services. This position requires a unique blend of leadership, communication, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to oversee daily shop operations, ensure SOP compliance, assign therapist rotations, manage staff breaks, handle customer concerns, support service recovery, assist in training new staff, maintain service quality, provide foot reflexology and body massage services, ensure customer comfort, hygiene, and a professional environment, and manage inventory logs and basic administrative tasks.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of experience in massage therapy (foot/body), strong leadership and communication skills, a responsible, reliable, and team-oriented individual with the ability to multitask between supervisory and therapist duties.
