
Drive Sales and Customer Success as a Business Growth Specialist

A Business Growth Specialist is responsible for driving sales and supporting the sales team in managing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
The role involves preparing for client meetings, site visits, and solution proposals by conducting thorough research and analysis of market trends and customer needs. Additionally, the Business Growth Specialist works closely with internal teams to develop optimal solutions that meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences through regular communication and feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver effective sales strategies.
- Track opportunities in CRM systems and maintain accurate documentation and handovers.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in an Engineering-related field (Audio, Electronics, ICT, etc.).
- At least 1 year of relevant sales experience in a B2B environment with a proven track record of success.
