The Role:

As an Executive Search Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within target industries. You will drive business development, build long-term client relationships, and expand our market presence. Additionally, you will source suitable candidates through advertising campaigns, social media, networking, and referrals, managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Requirements:

For this role, we are looking for an individual with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of working experience in recruitment or executive search is required. Additionally, a background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Centres, Energy, Chemical, Oil and Gas sectors is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is also crucial. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
