Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment cycle including job analysis, sourcing, interviews, background checks, and offer management.
  • Market & Talent Insights : Track sector trends and provide data-driven insights to support client decisions.
  • Business Development : Contribute to client acquisition and proposal preparation to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience : 2-3 years' experience in full-cycle (360) recruitment within a recruitment firm/agency; oil & gas exposure is an advantage.
  • Skills : Strong recruitment management, client relationship management, and project leadership capabilities.
  • Languages : Proficiency in English and Chinese to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders.
