Energy Sector Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a driven and passionate individual to join our team as an Executive Search Consultant in a dynamic startup environment where your efforts will truly make a significant impact.
At our company, we specialize exclusively in the dynamic Energy sector. Our mission is to unlock potential and empower success through exceptional executive search and coaching, positively impacting lives.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and have at least 2 years of working experience in recruitment/executive search. Background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Centres, Energy, Chemical, Oil and Gas sectors is also preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries.
- Business Growth: Drive business development, build long-term client relationships, and expand the firm's market presence.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source suitable candidates through advertising campaigns, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Recruitment Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- At least 2 years of working experience in recruitment/executive search.
- Background in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Centres, Energy, Chemical, Oil and Gas sectors.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
