We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
- Job Description: As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting and acquiring top talent across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
- Source and screen candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that highlight our organization's culture and values.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the overall recruitment process.
- Regularly track and report on key talent attraction metrics to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive innovative recruitment solutions.
Requirements:
- Mandatory Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent attraction, recruitment, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment-related tools.
