Consultant
to lead full-cycle recruitment projects, partnering with clients to understand their needs and delivering exceptional candidates that drive success. In this role, you will design impactful talent strategies, support client growth, and play a key part in shaping the future of the energy workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment cycle including job analysis, sourcing, interviews, background checks, and offer management.
Market & Talent Insights : Track sector trends and provide data-driven insights to support client decisions.
Business Development : Contribute to client acquisition and proposal preparation to support business growth.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
Experience : 2–3 years' experience in full-cycle (360) recruitment within a recruitment firm/agency; oil & gas exposure is an advantage.
Skills : Strong recruitment management, client relationship management, and project leadership capabilities.
Languages : Proficiency in English and Chinese to collaborate effectively with regional stakeholders.
