Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute regional and local procurement and supplier strategies for specific spend categories within the region.
- Establish cost optimization and innovation management while considering sourcing resilience to contribute to the bottom-line impact of the organization.
- Secure optimal internal customer support and procurement activities for direct material and services to guarantee smooth production and sales.
- Support compliance of procurement processes and policy enforcement within assigned area of responsibility.
- Degree in mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering.
- More than 5 years' experience in a similar position and industry.
- Experience in strategic procurement, contract and supplier relationship management, leadership, and change management.
- Experience in execution of professional tenders and category management.
