Job Overview:

This role involves working as part of a team to prepare fillings, baked goods, and various breads.

  • Assist in preparing ingredients and mixing dough for baking.
  • Support senior bakers in shaping, filling, and assembling breads.
  • Egg-wash, coat, glaze, and finish pastries and breads with decorative elements.
  • Follow recipes and instructions under the guidance of experienced bakers.
  • Participate in cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and work areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in packaging, labelling, and organizing finished bakery products.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by the team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (not mandatory).
  • No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift heavy loads, and work in a hot environment.
