Job Opportunity for Trainee Bakers

At our bakery, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a trainee baker. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bread and buns on a daily basis.

  • You will work closely with our experienced bakers to learn the skills and techniques required to produce a wide range of baked goods.
  • Assist in preparations of bread and other items, including mixing, kneading, and baking.
  • Follow proper handling and storage procedures for all food products to ensure quality and safety.
  • Monitor and check stocks for baking ingredients to maintain optimal levels.
  • Maintain the premises of the baking area in a clean and hygienic manner at all times.
  • Practice good housekeeping and workplace/kitchen safety awareness to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety standards in bakery functions to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related industry is preferred.
  • Physical fitness and ability to carry heavy loads is essential.
  • Ability to read and follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Possess basic baking skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work well under pressure.
