Job Title: Master Space Planner

We are seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Master Space Planner. As part of our team, you will be responsible for transforming client ideas into practical, stylish, and functional spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative space planning proposals based on client requirements
  • Create mood boards and material selections that meet client expectations
  • Produce detailed drawings, layout plans, and construction documentation
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution
  • Manage site visits and monitor renovation progress to ensure design integrity
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technical solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Interior Design or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial interior design
  • Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
