Senior Digital Marketing Leader

We are seeking a senior digital marketing leader to redefine our online presence and drive growth through eRetail and media strategy.
Job DescriptionThis role is about shaping the shopper experience, mastering the basics of digital-first activations, and creating standout experiences in the digital space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading eCommerce growth strategies, steering eRetail channel strategies, and building promo calendars that balance visibility and impactful campaigns.
You will work closely with commercial and marketing teams to unlock growth and elevate digital shelf visibility. Your expertise in channel strategy, promo calendar management, and eRetail activations will be essential in driving business outcomes.
Additionally, you will define and deliver media strategies that maximise conversions, partnering with marketing to design campaigns, optimise performance, and oversee reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing, ideally in mature digital categories or proven success within a digital pureplay business.
- Strong expertise in digital media and campaign optimisation, with hands-on experience in eRetail activations.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce drivers: content, availability, and search ranking, with analytical and data-savvy skills to translate performance into actions and business storytelling.
- Strong collaborator with the ability to influence across sales, marketing, agencies, and global teams.
