Digital Ambassador

As a Digital Ambassador, you will play a key role in enhancing customer experience by understanding and meeting their banking needs through proactive referrals to digital platforms and cashless alternatives. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and staying up-to-date with the latest banking products and services.

  • This includes assisting customers with general enquiries and proactively understanding and meeting customers' banking needs, referring them to digital platforms and cashless alternatives for an enhanced experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest banking products and services is also essential to suggest suitable alternative solutions to customers.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to stay focused and motivated throughout your shift, as well as possess a strong commitment to branch operating hours (Monday to Saturday).

  • This means being able to stand for long hours and maintaining a high level of energy throughout your working day.
  • A service-oriented approach is also crucial in this role, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.
