Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing media relations support, and monitoring industry news.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Support or lead in the managing of client relationships, understanding the issues and opportunities faced by clients and providing the best advice and solutions
  • Media Relations: Provide media relations support – conducting research, building target media lists, drafting media materials, pitching to journalists, managing media events and managing media relationships and opportunities
  • Research and Analysis: Monitor and track client, competitor, industry and macro news, and prepare coverage or other PR reports
  • Content Creation: Transform industry and client developments into high-quality, effective and compelling content, develop news releases, thought leadership pieces, speeches and other forms of impactful content
  • Social Media and Digital Management: Plan and manage content calendars and social advertising campaigns for clients, know the trends, tools and tactics that engage and enrich our clients' online communities, assist in social and digital media strategy & planning, analyse, review and report on social media activities, plan and execute digital strategies and tools, including SEO and SEM
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of PR experience or relevant industry experience, preferably in a PR agency
  • Strong interest in PR, media engagement, social media and influencer marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word), Google docs and video editing software
  • Excellent attention to detail and a process-driven approach to work
  • Excellent written and spoken English, strong Chinese language skills an advantage
  • Strong research and analysis skills
  • Strong appetite to learn and deliver
  • Independent, resourceful and comfortable in fast-paced boutique setting
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently
  • High performing team player, responsible, enthusiastic and proactive
