Job Description

As a Public Relations Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing media relations support, monitoring industry news, and preparing PR reports. You will also be involved in writing and creating high-quality content, maintaining internal media contact lists, and planning influencer campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in PR, media engagement, social media, and influencer marketing. They should possess excellent written and spoken English skills, with strong Chinese language skills an advantage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Management: Support or lead in the managing of client relationships, understanding the issues and opportunities faced by clients and providing the best advice and solutions
  • Provide media relations support – conducting research, building target media lists, drafting media materials, pitching to journalists, managing media events and managing media relationships and opportunities
  • Monitor and track client, competitor, industry and macro news, and prepare coverage or other PR reports
  • Bring new thinking, unique ideas and fresh perspectives to what we do and how we do it
  • Provide timely updates to teams and clients throughout every project stage and capture clear, detailed recaps of calls and meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Minimum 2 years of PR experience or relevant industry experience, preferably in a PR agency
  • Strong research and analysis skills
  • Independent, resourceful and comfortable in fast-paced boutique setting
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently
  • High performing team player, responsible, enthusiastic and proactive
