Based in Shanghai, you will report to the Global PR Director in Paris and be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR initiatives that align with our overall goals and objectives.">

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and implement tailored PR strategies for Greater China (China, Taiwan, Hong Kong), Singapore, and Malaysia to strengthen brand awareness and perception.">
  3. Align PR initiatives with HQ objectives to maximize impact and visibility.">

Influencer Engagement:

  • Leverage strong business knowledge of influencer marketing in China to identify and collaborate with influencers, Key Opinion Leaders, and celebrities.">
  • Develop relationships with celebrity agencies and negotiate ambassador contracts and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach.">

Media Relations:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers across the region.">
  • Secure positive media coverage through strategic pitching and media outreach efforts.">
  • Develop contacts with press (print and digital).">

Event Management:

  • Plan and execute PR events.">
  • Organize store receptions and other events to engage with key stakeholders and enhance brand presence.">

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on PR performance metrics.">
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve PR strategies and outcomes.">

Team Leadership & Budget Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the PR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.">
  • Coordinate with the global PR team in Paris to maintain consistent messaging and strategy.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in public relations within the fashion industry.">
  • Proven experience in PR leadership roles with a focus on Greater China markets. Experience in Singapore and Malaysia is a plus.">
  • Strong network of media contacts and influencers in the region.">
  • Experience in celebrity agency management and ambassador contract negotiation is required.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (proficiency in other regional languages is a plus).">
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into effective PR campaigns.">
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.">
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.">
  • Proficiency in PR analytics tools and software.">
