We are looking for a Revenue Drive Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth in the Industrial Air and Water Treatment market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.

  • Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings in Industrial Air and Water Treatment systems.
  • Conduct market research on consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
  • Generate and qualify leads, manage sales opportunities through to closure, and secure customer contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.

Requirements:

  • Proven record of success in sales process from planning to closing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • SUPERB leadership ability.
  • Potential traveling at least 10% of the time.
  • Preferable relevant experiences in Semiconductor Industry.
  • Preferably with Engineering background.
