We are looking for a Revenue Drive Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth in the Industrial Air and Water Treatment market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings in Industrial Air and Water Treatment systems.
- Conduct market research on consumer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
- Generate and qualify leads, manage sales opportunities through to closure, and secure customer contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Requirements:
- Proven record of success in sales process from planning to closing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- SUPERB leadership ability.
- Potential traveling at least 10% of the time.
- Preferable relevant experiences in Semiconductor Industry.
- Preferably with Engineering background.
