HR Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support, leading talent acquisition and management initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

  • Job Description:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
    • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including payroll processing and benefits administration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore labor laws and MOM regulations.
