Strategic HR Role

The ideal candidate will drive business success through proactive HR initiatives that support organizational growth and enhance employee engagement.

This role is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top-tier corporate functions talent. This includes facilitating talent reviews and monitoring career progression within the corporate functions team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Create tailored recruitment plans to build a strong pipeline of corporate functions candidates.
    • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless talent acquisition processes.
  • Learning and Development
    • Design and deliver training initiatives to develop corporate functions-specific competencies.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging workshops and training sessions.
  • Change Management
    • Lead change initiatives within the corporate functions department, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Foster a culture of adaptability and resilience throughout the team.
  • Employee Relations and Compliance
    • Serve as an advisor to corporate functions employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts professionally.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across Southeast Asia.
