Role Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber finance leader to drive strategic financial leadership, international growth and long-term capital market initiatives for a rapidly growing global company.

This is a pivotal role that will work closely with the CEO and Board to develop and execute global financial strategies aligned with the company's growth and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global financial strategies.
  • Lead and manage capital raising activities.
  • Play a central leadership role in IPO preparation and execution.
  • Oversee global financial operations including reporting, internal controls, compliance and risk management.
  • Provide financial leadership for major corporate decisions.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience ideally in multinational or public companies.
  • Proven track record in cross-border fundraising and IPO leadership.
  • Strong exposure to industrial sectors such as energy environmental tech chemicals or heavy industry.
  • Qualified finance professional such as CPA ACCA or equivalent.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential due to cross-border business and stakeholder engagement.
