Corporate Governance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned CORPORATE GOVERNANCE PROFESSIONAL to join our team.

  • As a corporate governance professional, you will be responsible for handling a full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties, including company incorporations, striking off of companies, and preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and maintain statutory registers.
  • Submit statutory returns in a timely manner.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • A degree holder or above.
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in corporate secretarial work.
  • Familiarity with the Companies Act and regulatory and reporting requirements.
  • Good knowledge of process and electronic filing requirements of ACRA.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
