Skillset Required:

">

Digital Adoption Expertise: Proven experience driving adoption of enterprise systems and tools, with a strong grasp of user behaviours, engagement strategies, and change management approaches.

Legal or Professional Services Environment: Able to navigate complex, high-expectation environments and tailor adoption strategies to professionals.

">

Technical Familiarity: Comfortable with legal tech platforms such as iManage, Litera, CoPilot, and AI tools.

">

Data-Led Decision Making: Skilled at using system usage data, engagement metrics and user feedback to refine adoption strategies and highlight areas for improvement.

">

Clear, Credible Communication: Able to engage confidently with lawyers, senior stakeholders and IT teams, translating technical change into real-world benefits.

Team Leadership: Experience in line-managing or mentoring others, with the ability to develop capability, allocate work, and support performance.

Flexibility & Presence: Willing to be visibly present in the office 3+ days a week.
