**Product Adoption Specialist**

">Job Description:

We seek a skilled Product Adoption Specialist to drive the success of our digital products. As a key member of our product team, you will play a vital role in bringing our products to users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive product adoption by conducting user interviews, collaborating with product managers and designers, and leading sprint plannings, scrums, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor and manage development pace to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct and support pre-release tests, including system, user, and security tests.
  • Develop and execute user education campaigns to drive post-release product adoption.
  • Provide product support and collaborate with product/engineering teams to identify and resolve bugs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in building digital products, delivering effective solutions with limited resources.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minutes, and technical writing.
  • High levels of meticulousness and tenacity, with the ability to follow up on tasks to closure.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
