Total Rewards Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our HR operations. This role will involve data analysis and clean-up for total rewards and benefits-related work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth data analysis and validation of rewards information across business units
- Providing critical support to the People Excellence team (HR operations front)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on project work and expanding scope as needed
Requirements:
- Expert-level Excel skills
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in HR data analysis or related fields
