Key Responsibilities:


• Manage and oversee daily operations of in-house and third-party warehouses, ensuring efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing obsolescence and overstocking.
• Coordinate with third-party warehouse providers to ensure service levels are met, costs are controlled, and operations align with company standards.
• Plan and manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and logistics operations to enhance productivity and ensure safety.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to track operational efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.


Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 3 years in FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control practices, and logistics software.
Experience in managing third-party logistics providers and contract negotiations.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for details.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to assess and improve operational performance.
