Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team as a Chef de Partie in our hot kitchen. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Cook Menu Items: Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with specifications from recipes, maintaining the highest quality and consistent product standards.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around the workstation.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Certificate in Culinary Skills or its equivalent, preferably with 1 year of working experience in Western cuisine. Our ideal candidate is a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results.
