Global Banking Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our global banking efforts, driving strategic growth and excellence in a fast-paced environment.

This senior management position requires a proven track record of success in people management, business development, and corporate finance. The ideal candidate will have expertise in originating and delivering complex banking solutions, as well as experience working across multiple products and geographies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a client-centric franchise growth plan, monitoring key performance indicators, and aligning with regional and emerging market trends. Additionally, they will be expected to provide exceptional client service, drive revenue growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive franchise growth strategy, aligned with business objectives and goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to originate and deliver complex banking solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, promoting Citi's brand and reputation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learning, encouraging employee development and retention.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in people management, business development, and corporate finance.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong client relationships.
  • Expertise in origination, delivery, and risk management of complex banking solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Master's or MBA degree from a top economics, business, or financial engineering program.
