Join Our Quality Assurance Team as a QEHS Professional.

  • We seek an experienced QEHS professional to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our Integrated Management Systems (IMS).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality, environmental, health, and safety management and be able to cascade company objectives into departmental targets. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate periodic management review meetings and ensure all relevant stakeholders are aware of their roles and responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining bizSAFE certificates and coordinating external audits. They will also be required to develop and deliver QEHS inductions and refresher programs for staff and site personnel, ensuring that everyone is properly trained and equipped to handle potential hazards and risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and continuously improve our IMS by conducting regular risk assessments and implementing corrective actions.
  • Plan and lead internal audits and coordinate external certification and surveillance audits.
  • Develop and implement effective QHSE policies and procedures that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions taken.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety and Health, or Quality/Industrial Management.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a QEHS role, preferably in the power plants or industrial plants industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a diverse multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internal Auditor Certification
  • Project Management Essential Training
