Senior QEHS Professional

We are seeking a seasoned QEHS professional to lead our team in implementing and maintaining high standards of quality, environment, health, and safety across our operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QEHS management and experience working in heavy industries such as power plants. They should be familiar with sustainability reporting and ISO standards including 9001, 14001, and 45001.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance Integrated Management Systems (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
  • Lead internal audits and coordinate with external certification bodies to ensure compliance and improvement.
  • Develop and implement risk assessments, root cause analysis, and incident management procedures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate company goals into departmental QEHS targets, facilitate management reviews, and report on KPIs, non-conformities, and improvement actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety & Health, Quality/Industrial Management, or related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of QEHS management experience in heavy industries, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective QEHS systems.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, bizSAFE certification, and sustainability reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence, train, and support cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management training or certification.
  • Internal Auditor Certification.
