Customer Support Specialist
This role involves providing exceptional customer support and ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales inquiries, quotations, orders, and invoicing processes.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to arrange shipments.
- Monitor orders and communicate order status to customers.
- Ensure on-time delivery and provide all necessary documentation promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to company policies.
- Degree or Diploma preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as JDE, Oracle, C4C, SAP, BC & BI is an advantage.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with incoterm, import/export documents, and COO is a plus.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
