Job Title: Career Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Career Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our students, parents, vendors, visitors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Provide courteous and professional assistance to students, parents, vendors, visitors, customers, etc., via telephone and walk-in inquiries.
    • Distribute incoming mail and issue keys to students and staff as needed.
  • Administrative Support
    • Maintain updated copies of administrative documents and distribute them to relevant teachers and/or students when necessary.
    • Issue relevant forms and documents to staff upon request.
  • Sick Bay Support
    • Attend to students in the sick bay, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
    • Maintain accurate student injury logbooks and follow up with staff and parents according to safety SOPs.
