Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead controllership in operational activities and risks related to finance, accounting, treasury, and order management.
  • Review and evaluate financial statements, reports, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate policy and statutory requirements.
  • Develop and implement optimized tax strategies and provide insights on tax implications and risk areas.
  • Oversee treasury activities, including cash management, foreign exchange, debt, and capital management, to ensure cost-effectiveness and risk management.
  • Provide financial advice and analysis to support business initiatives, including investment framework design, industry analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Drive operational excellence and efficiency through the development and enhancement of accounting policies and internal controls.
  • People management and development, including building finance capabilities and skills to increase efficiency and value-add across the Asia region.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Finance and Planning Division to achieve divisional goals and responsibilities.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to team members and other group companies in the region.
  • Manage performance by setting clear goals, following up, and providing feedback to subordinates.
