Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with APAC leaders to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Oversee business finance, cash flow, sales growth, and profitability improvements across the region.
- Lead the analysis and evaluation of projects, initiatives, and business plans to provide information for management decision-making.
- Lead the transformation of finance operations, including process redesign and service level agreements.
- Oversee the preparation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Manage and mentor APAC country finance managers to achieve business objectives.
Role Requirements
- Qualified CA with at least 15 years of finance experience in a regional context.
- Strong expertise in accounting, tax, treasury, and FP&A (Commercial Finance).
- Proven ability to lead transformation initiatives and drive business results.
- Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
