We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our international marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable and consistent revenue growth.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive go-to-market planning and execution for our marketing programs across the Asia Pacific region. This includes developing product positioning and messaging, managing all brands under our division, and coordinating targeted sales and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the Asia Pacific region
- Manage all brands under our division, including product positioning and messaging
- Coordinate and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns
- Monitor competitors' activities and provide effective countermeasures
- Collaborate with external agencies and partners to derive and execute marketing strategies
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 10 years of education marketing experience
- 3-5 years of people and/or team management experience
- An excellent command of English and Mandarin
- Strong leadership, strategy, communication, and execution skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
This is a high-impact role that offers a competitive salary of SGD 150,000 - 200,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
