Youth Ministry Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our youth ministry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that foster the spiritual growth and development of our young people.

  • Plan and deliver weekly youth services, Bible studies, and discipleship groups based on a firm theological foundation.
  • Organize camps, outreach events, retreats, and mission projects that promote youth engagement and participation.
  • Develop and mentor a team of youth leaders, providing them with the necessary skills and support to excel in their roles.
  • Build strong relationships with youth and their families, providing pastoral care and guidance as needed.
  • Work closely with pastors and ministry heads to align the youth ministry with the church's vision and goals.

  • A mature, growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Passion and calling for youth ministry.
  • Minimum diploma or degree in Christian Ministry, Theology, or related field (in progress candidates may also apply).
  • Previous experience working with youth in a church or para-church setting is preferred.
  • Ability to teach and disciple young people with theological soundness and cultural relevance.
  • A heart for pastoral care, mentorship, and leadership development.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
