Pastoral Team Staff

The Pastoral Team Staff plays a vital role in nurturing the spiritual growth of children and youth. This position requires a strong commitment to discipleship and teaching, with a focus on developing effective strategies to engage parents and raise awareness about Church School.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spiritual Nurture: Organize devotions, bible studies, and other aspects of spiritual formation for Church School teachers. Feed, train, protect, and encourage them to grow in their faith.
  • Planning & Organizing: Assist the Committee in planning, organizing, and running Church School activities that align with its ministry objectives. Ensure all activities meet the needs and objectives of the Church School.
  • Engage Parents: Develop effective strategies to attract, engage, inspire, and retain Church School participation. Liaise between the Ministry Committee and pastors to monitor the state of the Ministry and provide feedback.
  • Pastors' Office Representative: Monitor the state of the Ministry and provide feedback to the Pastors' Office. Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by pastors or immediate supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • Theological Degree/Diploma
Relevant Experience and Skillsets:
