- A degree in Theology or equivalent is required.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in pastoral care ministry is necessary for this position.

- An independent worker with strong organizational and pastoral abilities is essential.
- Proficiency in Chinese language is mandatory as the incumbent will be working closely with Mandarin-speaking church members.
- A good command of English is preferred.
- The ability to work on weekends and non-conventional hours is required.
