Ministry Leader

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Ministry Leader to join our team. This individual will provide spiritual leadership for the Worship Arts Ministry through music and prayer, sharing the Word of God and the news of Jesus Christ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pastoral Care
    • Provide pastoral care to members of the Worship Arts Ministry and congregation as needed.
    • Participate in staff meetings, prayer gatherings, and church-wide events.
  • Ministry Strategy
    • Develop and oversee a Worship Arts Ministry strategy that engages multiple generations and encourages congregational participation.
    • Coordinate with Senior Pastor and other ministry leaders to ensure worship services align with sermon themes and church-wide initiatives.
    • Recruit, train, and mentor worship team members, fostering spiritual growth and musical excellence.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a seminary degree and possess strong relational skills for working with adults, students, and children. They must also be gifted in communication, instrumental music, and vocal performance.
