Nurse Educator Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational curricula to enhance patient care.

  • Initiate skills development programs and monitor trends to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Nurse Educator to provide educational leadership and support to our healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational curricula to enhance patient care, providing educational leadership to patients and care providers, collaborating with medical providers and unit management in planning, implementation, and delivery of educational programs, and initiating skills development programs and monitoring trends to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Nursing; at least 3 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • State of New Mexico Licensed Registered Nurse or licensure pending as documented by temporary licensure OR current RN licensure from a state participating in the multi-state privilege to practice compact with New Mexico.
  • Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
