Lead Sales Strategist for Market Expansion

 

 We are seeking a Lead Sales Strategist to spearhead our market expansion efforts in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business development and sales strategies, with the ability to drive growth and revenue.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for India
  • Research and generate leads for prospective organizations
  • Represent the company at events, expos, and conferences in India (virtual and physical)
  • Coordinate and lead online and face-to-face meetings with prospects and clients
  • Present complex proposals, negotiate, and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Build and lead the sales team in India, including performance management
  • Utilize social media for outreach and respond to inbound inquiries
  • Support third-party consultancies, suppliers, and vendors

 

Requirements:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Proven leadership and relationship-driven sales skills
  • Extensive sales or business development experience in professional services, consulting, or technology sectors
  • Ability to understand complex business models and strategic goals
  • Proactive, responsible, and diligent attitude
  • Awareness of current affairs and cultural diversity
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
  • Willing to travel within India and internationally
  • Located in or willing to relocate to New Delhi, Gurugram, or nearby areas
  • Authorized to live and work in India
