In addition, you will monitor and analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts. You will present marketing plans, strategies, and performance results to senior management and stakeholders. You will ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of marketing or brand management experience in a financial institution or direct-to-consumer business model environment
  • Experience working with creative and media agencies
  • Good understanding of digital banking, cards, and payments - ideally experienced working with the cards team in a bank
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms
