About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Collaboration Lead to join our team at Kimberly-Clark. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key global customers, ensuring supply chain visions are aligned and best practices are implemented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key global customers to ensure supply chain visions are aligned and best practices are implemented.
  • Position Kimberly-Clark as a supply chain leader and strategic partner to key customers to understand and influence their current and future supply chain direction.
  • Communicate the voice of the customer throughout the K-C Enterprise Supply Chain and Segment organizations to ensure customer performance metrics are met.
  • Lead in developing and deploying internal and external customer performance metrics to measure and improve supply chain performance.
  • Provide and/or coordinate supply chain training to in-market teams as needed to implement key customer programs, leading practices, and supply chain improvement programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Strategy with equivalent experience.
  • 8-10 years of experience in progressive supply chain roles, including customer-facing supply chain and/or commercial roles.
  • Global CPG industry experience: Must have international/global CPG industry experience with an emphasis on IPC, IFP, and/or EM segments.
  • Project management and leadership: Demonstrated project management and leadership skills, with a track record of partnering with senior executives and their teams.
