Job Description

The role of a Customer Service Executive, Web Comms involves handling customer and intermediary interactions with the goal of creating positive impressions that attract and retain customers and intermediaries. This position reports to the Correspondence Team Lead and is responsible for managing email enquiries using Salesforce and providing quality responses in line with the company's tone of voice.

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and intermediaries through various channels such as email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage email enquiries using Salesforce and provide quality responses in line with the company's tone of voice.
  • Perform one-stop service delivery in processing customer requests and achieving high first contact resolution.
  • Assist customers in getting issues resolved amicably and come up with mitigating solutions as part of customer handling.
  • Provide responses to customers via letters and outbound calls, where applicable.
Key Decisions within the Role
  • Ensure that risks taken in own areas of work are controlled within approved limits.
  • Ensure key risks have been understood, identified, and managed and that concerns are raised with line management where needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
  • Good command of English, both oral and written.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
Education
  • Academic: Degree / Diploma.
  • Certificate on HI, M5, M8 or M9 will be advantageous.
