Delivering Exceptional Customer Service Experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, managing customer relationships, and driving high satisfaction levels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer orders and services.
  • Analyze customer forecast numbers and work closely with customers to meet their requirements.
  • Coordinate customer shipments and priorities within the organization.
  • Provide instructions to planning teams to execute orders and changes in priorities.
  • Share WIP status, ship-out plans, and finished good information with customers.
  • Lead the management of overall customer service operations to achieve high satisfaction levels.
  • Handle escalated customer queries and resolve them promptly and effectively.
  • Partner with other departments to enhance product and service offerings based on customer feedback.
  • Drive process improvements to streamline customer service delivery.
  • Maintain pricing and sales order creation for billing and shipment purposes.
  • Host regular customer visits and quarterly business review meetings.
  • Manage resource allocation, including manpower, technology, and finance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Customer Service in a semiconductor industry setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
