Job Title: Salon Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a receptionist in a fast-paced salon environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests, answer calls, and direct inquiries as needed.
  • Engage with customers to recommend and guide them in selecting suitable grooming packages.
  • Manage and schedule grooming appointments to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the team and Doggy Daycare in day-to-day business activities.
  • Assist with retail sales, product recommendations, and inventory management.

Requirements & Skills:

  • A 5-day work week is required, with availability from Fridays to Sundays.
  • Experience in handling and caring for both dogs and cats is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is necessary to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic grooming skills are considered an added advantage.
