Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire renewal process, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with Sales, Finance, and other stakeholders to meet customer renewal intentions.
  • Collaborate closely with partners and customers to understand contracts and terms, generating and sending quotes 120 days in advance that meet contractual requirements.
  • Engage customers in value discussions, building relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate on-time renewals.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to develop customer strategies and sales plans.
  • Provide critical information to internal and external customers regarding quotes, reinstatements, co-terminations, and contract consolidations.
  • Contribute to a team environment to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and meet specified deadlines for assigned regions.
  • Support internal management reporting and meet all contractual and reporting deadlines.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • Experience working with software renewals and proven ability to manage high volumes of renewals.
  • Strong organizational skills, including detailed record-keeping, excellent follow-through, and high accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven track record of flexibility in a team setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel and basic sales skills.
  • Desirable skills include Mandarin/Cantonese language proficiency, knowledge of Dynatrace software products, and licensing and product pricing expertise.
