Job Title: Centre Operations Manager
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Centre Operations Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance of rehabilitative equipment in accordance with centre guidelines.
- Ensure a safe environment for clients to perform therapy sessions as per updated guidelines.
- Accompany and ensure the safety of clients during outdoor activities.
- Assist in transport arrangement and scheduling of clients.
- Ensure necessary documentation is made for all prescribed therapy sessions completed by clients.
- Coordinate transport routes and maintain vehicle safety through regular servicing.
- Assist the reporting officer in ensuring smooth operations at the centre on a daily basis.
- Lead in the referral acceptance process and initial assessment process for new clients.
- Coordinate monthly food ration services for Medical Care.
- Oversight of centre cleanliness and maintenance activities, escalating issues to F&P if necessary.
- Supervise locum general workers and facilitate NEA audits.
- Assist in logistic management of the centre.
- Coordinate CSR events with corporates and volunteering events with schools.
- Coordinate assignments for planned and ad-hoc fundraising activities.
- Induct new staff and guide them through centre guidelines and procedures.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting officer as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in a healthcare-related course preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry.
