Citi is seeking a Senior Lead for Credit Solutions in Capital Markets to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating the full suite of credit solutions for the Capital Markets business. We are looking for an experienced professional who can work closely with our clients and internal teams to deliver comprehensive credit solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate credit solutions for Capital Markets clients
- Work with clients and internal teams to analyze balance sheets and size credit lines
- Manage the approval process for credit solutions
- Develop relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Champion new credit methodologies and ensure consistency of credit extension
- Streamline and increase efficiencies in the credit extension process
- Work with global partners to ensure global consistency
- Assess risk and make business decisions
Qualifications:
- CO or SCO required (or equivalent approval authorities at other financial institutions)
- Extensive experience in Capital Markets Risk, Credit or similar role
- Knowledge of risk drivers for Capital Markets Products
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
- Results-driven and experience implementing business strategy
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure
Education:
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
