Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Admin to join our team at RMA Contracts Pte. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, and managing employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees
- Manage employee records, including updating personal particulars and leave requests
- Process various types of claims, grants, and programs for employees
- Assist with promotion and demotion processes, as well as awards and recognition programs
- Conduct gift valuations and manage welfare grants for personnel
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR team
Requirements:
- Diploma in HR or relevant discipline, or A-Level with at least one year of experience
- Singaporean citizenship
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $2400 - $2800
- Performance bonus
- 14 days annual leave
- Duration: 5 years (renewable)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm (hours may be staggered)
